Emmys, duh

I'm not gonna go into the show because I don't have much to say about it except I wish Parks & Rec had won something.  Instead, I'm going to give my opinion on what everyone else talking about.  The gowns!
Top Five Best Dressed:
5.  Nina Dobrev in Donna Karan
4.  Sofia Vergara in Vera Wang

3.  Evan Rachel Wood in Elie Saab

2.  Julie Bowen in Oscar de la Renta

1.  Claire Danes in Oscar de la Renta

Worst Dressed:
5.  Julianne Hough- let me give you a piece of advice that was given to me by a classmate when I told her I was going to prom my sophomore year "'s a formal'll have to wear makeup."  Julianne, Heather was right.  You really should have put makeup on.  Also, the coloring on this dress was bad. Bad bad bad.

4.  Dianna Agron- waaay too matronly.  And super wrinkly.

3. Drew Barrymore- I guess she didn't walk the red carpet, I can't find any pictures of her except onstage with the Charlie's Angels girls (snore).  I'm disappointed in you, Givenchy.

2. Gwyneth Paltrow- I actually think the dress could be pretty interesting, but it is SO unflattering.  She pays a lot of money and eats a lot of disgusting food to be that skinny and it's not showing here.
1. Olivia Munn- Sweetheart you better make up with your stylist QUICK.

What did you think? Favorites?  Disappointments?  Surprises? What did you think about the ceremony itself?  I was loving all the camera time for Joel McHale. Meow.

  1. I know I'm waaaayyy late on this, but the Best Lead Actress in a comedy series bit was by far the best and I think they should just let those women write and host the event next year.

Also, Cobie Smulers from HIMYM looked gorgeous in that aqua-y colored gown and Juliana Margulies can be added to that worst dressed list with that horrible thing that someone called a gown.
